PP-Band Umreifungsband
PP-Band (Polypropylen Umreifungsband) wird momentan zum Umreifen am meisten gebraucht. Das später entwickelte PET-Band ist zwar von besserer Qualität, aber das sieht man dann auch im Preis zurϋck. PP-Band entsprecht oft den Anforderungen, da Eigenschaften wie Brichstärke, Elastizität und Spannungsverlust fϋr viele Anwendungen mehr als ausgezeichnet sind. Erkennung: Polypropylen ist oft etwas matter und hat meistens ein kariertes Muster und wird in eine Anzahl von Standardfarben sowie schwarz, blau, weiss und gelb produziert. PP-Band ist in der Richtung der Länge einfach zu reiβen und das derartige Gewicht ist niedriger als bei PET-Band. PP-Band treibt auf dem Wasser. Weiteres ϋber die Hintergrϋnde von PP- und PET-Band finden Sie hier.Das Band wird festgesetzt von einer Wärmeverschweiβung, aber auch durch Verwendung von einer Schnalle, abhängig von der Anwendung und dem Volumen, mit einem Handapparat, Umreifungsgerät (Semi Automatisch) oder Umreifungsmaschine, vollautomatisch. PP-Band ist laut unterstehenden Tabelle eingeteilt nach innere Durchmesser, erhältlich in unterschiedliche Breiten, ab 5 mm, Dicke ab 0,35 mm und der innerer Durchmesser startet bei 150 mm. Die Zugfestigkeit wird bestimmt von der Breite und der Dicke des Bandes.
